We are headquartered at Chennai, India with offices around the country. A subsidiary company operates at Mauritius.

We develop technologies, engineer systems and deliver complete hardware, software and integration solutions for Building Management covering implementation of HVAC Automation, safety, security, energy and workforce management. With two decades of experience, backed by 100 years of expertise from Sauter Switzerland, we translate enormous varieties of customer specific requirements into economically viable integrated interoperable building automation and management system. Further, we offer post implementation services including training, operation & maintenance and energy management.

Cyber Tower, a prominent edifice on the isle of Mauritius was adjudged as “intelligent building of the year 2005” on an evaluation of over 250 buildings internationally. IGBC – Indian Green Building Council

IGBC, which is a part of CII - Godrej GBC, is actively involved in promoting the Green Building concept in India. Fire and Security Association of India is the trade body and a chamber of commerce of the Fire Protection, Safety and Security Engineering services industry in India.
