Race Technologies, based in Chennai in India, has cemented its relationship with Sauter of Basle, Switzerland, by forming a new company, Sauter Race Private Limited, in which Sauter will invest approximately 250 million rupees over the next 30 months. The deal, which was signed on November 20th, will see Sauter take equity in Race to support the expansion of the product and service operations and to create new infrastructure in order to take advantage of the strong growth in the Indian market.
